Complete a full mechanical ventilation fit-out for 308 high-end apartments within the Battersea Power Station redevelopment, coordinating facade duct connections, programme milestones, and quality standards on a nationally significant London regeneration project.

We completed a full mechanical ventilation fit-out for 308 high-end apartments within the Battersea Power Station redevelopment.
This included:
- Installing Nuaire ventilation systems and fan coil units with associated primary and secondary ductwork.
- We supplied fabricated ductwork specifically designed for all facade connections.
Project context: Battersea Power Station Phase 3A
The Battersea Power Station regeneration is one of London’s highest-profile residential redevelopments. Phase 3A required mechanical ventilation that matched the quality expectations of 308 high-end apartments while staying on programme within a complex, multi-contractor site environment.
Domani Ventilation delivered the ventilation fit-out as a specialist subcontract package, working alongside main contractor and M&E teams to install plant, ductwork, and terminals to agreed design drawings.
