Project Overview
We have been appointed to deliver the installation of 110 residential units fitted with Nuaire MVHR systems over blocks A, B and C.
We managed the entire process, including both the first fix (installation of core infrastructure like ductwork and wiring) and the second fix (fitting visible components and commissioning the system) to ensure optimal air quality and energy efficiency in each unit.

Napier and New Plymouth House is a multi-block residential complex in Rainham comprising 110 apartments across blocks A, B, and C. The developer required a ventilation contractor capable of managing both installation stages, from core infrastructure to visible completion, without holding up unit handover.
Domani Ventilation was appointed to deliver Nuaire MVHR systems to every apartment, including metal ductwork supply and full commissioning.
