We have been appointed to deliver installation and commissioning of 175 high-quality new homes in a retirement community village for the over 55’s.
We supplied and installed a comprehensive ventilation and HVAC system for this community center project, including the implementation of Nuaire ventilation units.
Our installation process also included the fitting of metal ductwork and fan coil units (FCUs) throughout the facility, extending to specialized cleaners’ cupboards for each block, addressing all aspects of occupant well-being through effective ventilation and climate control.
